This notice explains how Dondello uses personal information collected through this website (dondello.com).
Who we are
This website is run by Dondello. For privacy questions, contact us using our contact form.
What we collect
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, job title, industry, approximate number of employees and locations, and your message. We also record when you sent the form, the page you sent it from, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to help prevent spam.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you have made. We won't add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and may be sent to our team by email through our email provider. Only people at Dondello who handle enquiries can access them.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us using our contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This notice covers the website only. The Dondello application (app.dondello.com) has its own terms and privacy information for customers.
